The full range of these products are formulated to be 'non regulated' by IATA, IMO and USDOT for uncomplicated shipment by land, sea or air. 1. CORRO-DUR 182: 2. CORRO-DUR 185: ( Safe-step) A unique formulation designed to minimize thermal effects from surfaces which are very cold or which have become heated from extreme high temperature environments or fires in enclosed areas. Suggested Use: steps, ladders, walkways, escape chutes, as a thermal insulator. 3. CORRO-DUR 192: is specially formulated to provide sealing and reinforcement such as concrete exposed to contamination from road salts, gasoline, oil drops and similar materials. Suggested Use: it is
an ideal binder for making concrete repair mortar, glass reinforcement
systems and sealer for concrete. 4. CORRO-DUR 198: is a unique formulation
that has excellent tolerance to dampness in concrete resulting from
water jetting or immersion service. Suggested Use: it is used to seal and protect concrete, brick and similar surfaces against chemical attack and penetration by water leading to freeze-thaw damage. 5. CORRO-DUR 197: A thin film clear U.V resistant epoxy formulation developed to seal/protect wide range of substrates from water absorption & can be applied to wet & damp surfaces. Suggested Use: As a clear protective coating for hulls, piers, pilings, floor coating, clear U.V resistant top coat. 6. CORRO-DUR 252: A high performance easily applied thin film solvent free coating reinforced with Kevlar fibers & with the addition of Teflon provides for a coating with good lubricity properties for above & below water use. Suggested Use: As a wear resistant coating for transfer tables, chutes, shale shakers, cyclones, internal of piping, valves, pumps to withstand wear & sliding abrasion. 7. CORRO-DUR 255: A high performance easily applied thin film solvent free coating reinforced with kevlar fibers to achieve outstanding tensile & chemical resistance coupled with wear resistance over a wide range of substrates above & below water. Suggested Use: Rubber processing flooring, pits, internal of chemical storage tanks, jetties, piles, risers, potable water tanks, moon pool area. 8. CORRO-DUR 257: A high performance easily applied thin film solvent free coating reinforced with Kevlar fibers with outstanding impact resistance, (20% flexibility, temperature resistance of 149 deg C (dry heat) but with limited resistance to chemicals below pH5). Suggested Use: heavy duty maintenance coating for decks, tanks, draft tubes, penstocks, waterboxes, tube sheets, shale shakers structures, B.O.P, valves, risers, pump casings,engines, radiator housing. 9. CORRO-DUR 258: A high performance easily applied thin film solvent free coating reinforced with kevlar fibers to achieve outstanding tensile & chemical resistance coupled with wear resistance over a wide range of substrates above & below water. Suggested Use: Rubber processing flooring, pits, internal of chemical storage tanks, jetties, piles, risers, potable water tanks, moon pool area. 10. CORRO-DUR 458: A cost effective thick film epoxy/inorganic foam developed to provide CUI (Corrosion under insulation) protection & also provides insulative properties up to a maximum temperature of 130 deg C. Suggested Use: As a corrosion/insulation protector over pipes, vessels, etc. 11. CORRO-DUR 561: A high build version of 258 to withstand heavy abrasion, chemical attack above or below water over a wide range of substrates. Suggested Use: As an
anti-corrosive coating for splash Zone, spot repairs above & below
water, patch/leak sealing, reinforcing, smoothing & protection
of worn concrete damaged by exposure to chemical & waste systems.
12. CORRO-DUR 561 SW: A new version of CD
561 with a linger pot life and is highly recommended for seawater
exposure but will not resist aggressive chemicals. Suggested Use: As an
anti-corrosive coating for splash zone, spot repairs above & below
water, patch / leak sealing, reinforcing, smoothing & protection
of worn concrete damaged by exposure to seawater. 13. CORRO-DUR 561 HT: provides
permanent protection even under the most adverse conditions. The formula
is uniquely field-friendly and uses advanced low toxicity ingredients. Suggested Use: Anticorrosive
coating for splash zone, spot repairs above and below water, heavy-duty
protective coating for steel and concrete. 14. CORRO-DUR 568: A high build & improved version of CORRO-DUR 252 & 561 which results in an extremely tough and surface tolerant material with the low surface energy ingredients necessary to promote easy contaminant release and a sliding rather than gouging action when subjected to heavy loads. Suggested Use: As a tough lining especially in service exposed to heavy wear and tear from solids such as ore and debris. 15. CORRO-FIX 911: a high modified "5 minute" type repair compound reinforced with kevlar micro fibers and formulated for strength and versatility under adverse condition. Suggested Use : used as an all purpose
sealer, adhesive for bonding and build-up crevices/depression.
